Bulldogs split with Indians, winning 2-1 and losing 6-3

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs split two games here Saturday with the Itawamba Community College Indians, winning 2-1 and losing 6-3.

After the two games, the Bulldogs went to 10-8 overall and 2-2 in the North Division. The Bulldogs travel to Northeast Mississippi Community College Tuesday to play the Tigers in a North Division doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m.

In game one, Tyji Hawkins picked up the win from the mound. In game two, Steven Blanchard took the loss from the mound.
