Lady Bulldogs fall to Lady Wolves, 10-1 and 10-5 Wednesday

WESSON --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell to 0-4 on the season here Wednesday, 10-1 and 10-5, to the Lady Wolves of Copiah-Lincoln Community College.

In game one, Kaitlyn Hicks had a single and double to lead the Lady Bulldogs while Lauren Tharp had two  singles and one RBI. Kelsey Marter took the loss on the mound.

In game two, Hicks had two singles and two RBIs. Frankie Maxwell had a RBI walk. Jonissa Buchanan had three stolen bases. Ginny Mills took the loss on the mound.

The Lady Bulldogs open the home portion of their schedule on Saturday against Marion, Ala. at 1 p.m.
