Lady Bulldogs have seven returning players for 2015

The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldog softball team features seven returning players from last year's team.

Returning players include: Shelby Hoover, catcher, Carrollton; Tam Jenkins, outfielder, Horn Lake; Taylor Jordan, infielder, Magee; Kelsey Kelly, outfielder/infielder, Winnsboro, La.; Ashtin Sloan, infielder, Hattiesburg; Nicole Waltman, infielder, Carrollton; and Brett Whitlock, pitcher, Union.

Incoming freshman are: Reagan Aldridge, pitcher, Tupelo; Kassey Ard, pitcher, Montpelier, La.; Rachel Bond, infielder, Salem; Darrien Dykes, outfielder, Salem; Anna Garza, infielder, Horn Lake; Hayden Grantham, catcher/infielder, Grenada; Blair Little, pitcher/infielder, Lake Charles, La.; Charlesy Lovorn, infielder, Calhoun City; Caitlin McLain, catcher, Columbus; Lindsey Robbins, outfielder, Winnsboro, La.; Abby Stafford, catcher, Tupelo; Reagan Walker, catcher, Cleveland; and A'Breana Yarbrough, outfielder, Hattiesburg.

The Lady Bulldogs open the 2015 campaign at East Central on Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. The first home game is set for Feb. 18 in a doubleheader versus Meridian at 3 p.m.
