Daniels, Littlejohn and Redd receive MACJC postseason honors

Three Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs received postseason honors today from the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges.

Torey Daniels, a sophomore infielder from Vicksburg, was named First Team All-State. Emily Littlejohn, a freshman outfielder from Eupora, and Micah Redd, a sophomore outfielder from Brookhaven, were named Honorable Mention All-State.

Daniels batted .301 with 24 runs scored and 34 hits including three doubles, one triple and 22 RBI. Littlejohn led the Lady Bulldogs in batting with a .341 average including 20 runs scored and 30 hits including six doubles and two homeruns with 18 RBI while Redd batted .318 average including 22 runs scored and 41 hits including four doubles and one triple with 15 RBI.
