Walker, Wallace named Holmes CC's Players of the Week

GOODMAN --- Holmes Community College sophomore Amanda Walker on the women's basketball team and sophomore Cameron Wallace on the men's basketball team have been named Holmes Community College Players of the Week following their play last week.

Walker, a Provine product from Pearl, averaged 16 points per game and three rebounds. Holmes fell to Mississippi Delta and Northeast.

Wallace, a Parkview product from Little Rock, Ark., averaged 19.5 points per game and 8.5 rebounds. Holmes fell to Mississippi Delta and Northeast.
