Student athletes recognized for their work in the classroom

Holmes Community College athletes not only performed well on the playing surfaces this season but did outstanding work in the classroom with 76 being named scholar athletes in the fall (3.4 GPA or higher), 68 in the spring and 71 for both fall and spring semesters with an overall GPA of 2.83.

One hundred and forty-five student athletes graduated during the 2024-25 school year. Seventy-one have been nominated for the MACCC Academic All-State Team (23 for 3.8-4.0 GPA and 48 for 3.25-3.79 GPA) and 40 for the NJCAA Academic Team (10 for 4.0 GPA, 12 for 3.8-3.99 GPA and 18 for 3.6-3.79 GPA).
