Bulldogs knock off Sharks, 10-0

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs picked up a 10-0 win here Saturday over Southeast Arkansas College.

Holmes will travel to Gulf Coast for two games. They will play Southwest at 2:30 p.m. and Gulf Coast at 6 p.m.

On Saturday, Tyler Bickett got the start and picked up the win. He gave up three hits with no runs with four strikeouts and three walks. Jack Harkins and Jazon Cripps each had two hits with Harkins and Sam Roy each having a double. 

On Friday, the Bulldogs fell to Paris Junior College, 11-6 and 12-2.

In the first game, Ethan Trimble got the start. Mac Griffin, Britt Stringer, Drew Daigle and Lane Robertson also pitched in the game with Daigle suffering the loss. Roy led with three hits while Ethan Walker had two. Walker had a three-run homerun.

In game two, Warner Young got the start and suffered the loss. Eli Lowe and Braxton Demopulos also pitched in the game. Cooper Bennett led with two hits including a homerun and a double.
