The Bulldogs got on the score first in the game when Ladarius Redditt scored from two yards out. Huff's extra point made the score 7-0 with 2:20 left in the first quarter.

The Tigers tied the game at seven in the second quarter when Jaszy Paker found a wide open Fred Plummer on a 26-yard touchdown pass. Trent Williams extra point was good. The Tigers then took a 14-7 lead with 12:30 left in the third quarter when Paker found Bondevia Cosby on a nine-yard touchdown pass. Williams' kick was good.
