GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs trailed by 10 points at halftime to the Baton Rouge Community College, La., Bears here Monday night and went on to fall 69-60 despite several comebacks during the second half.
With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 1-1 on the season and travel to Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Wesson on Thursday.
Tamarico Wilson led the Bulldogs with 15 points including two three-pointers while Jarvis Williams and Thomas Alexander each had 11 points. Williams had three three-pointers. Alexander led the Bulldogs in rebounds with seven while Marcus Washington had six.
