Wesley Noble scored four goals here Tuesday night in misting rain to lead the Holmes Community College Bulldogs to their first ever North Division championship in men's soccer with a 4-3 overtime victory over the East Central Community College. With the win, the Bulldogs earned the right to host this weekend's MACJC State Soccer Tournament.

With the win, the Bulldogs went to 11-2-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the North Division. Tournament brackets have not been released but will posted on the holmesathletics.com website.

Holmes took a 1-0 in the seventh minute when Noble scored on an assist from Zach White.

East Central then tied the game in the 10th minute on a goal by Wilson and later took a 2-1 lead in the 37th minute when Kitchens scored on a header.

Noble then tied the game at two in the 63rd minute on a penalty kick.

East Central then went ahead 3-2 on a penalty kick by Ledbetter in the 72nd minute.

As regulation neared, Noble scored in the 85th minute to tie the game at three. Neither team could score before time ran out.

The Bulldogs wasted little time scoring in the overtime period as Noble scored again to give the Bulldogs the win and the title.
