RIDGELAND --- Andres Mendez picked up two goals here Friday versus Hinds Community College, but the Eagles won the match 4-2.

Holmes will play at Itawamba Tuesday at 3 p.m.

Mendez scored in the 11th minute on a penalty kick to put Holmes up 1-0 early. He later bent a corner kick in for his second goal of the day in the 67th minute.
