MOORHEAD --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell to 4-4 in the North Division and 4-5 overall here tonight after falling to the Mississippi Delta Community College Lady Trojans, 84-74.
Holmes will host Northwest on Thursday at 6 p.m.
The Lady Bulldogs led 23-22 after one period before Delta outscored the Lady Bulldogs, 32-14, in the second half to lead 54-37 at halftime. Holmes outscored Delta, 20-15, in the third and 17-15 in the fourth, but it wasn't enough as Delta pulled out the 10-point win.
Jordyn Manning led the Lady Bulldogs with 20 points while Katie Powers had 13 and Gabrielle Bunch had 11.
