GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell here Thursday night to the East Mississippi Community College Lady Lions, 64-46.
Holmes will return to action on Thursday, Jan. 20 in Ellisville against Jones College.
East Mississippi led 19-9 after one period and outscored the Lady Bulldogs 13-7 in the second period to lead 32-16 at halftime. The Lady Lions outscored the Lady Bulldogs in the second half, 32-30, to pull out the win.
Sha'Toria Vigne led the Lady Bulldogs with 23 points while Shanbriah Rule had 10.
