Lady Bulldogs hold postseason banquet

The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs recently held their postseason banquet in the McGowan Center at Holmes Community College's Ridgeland Campus.

Aija Baker, Mara Baker and Miranda Gonzalez were named to the MACJC All-State Team. Team awards included: Most Improved Player, Melissa Miller; Bulldog Award, Kelsi Swann; Defensive Player of the Year. Aija Baker; Attacking Player of the Year, Miranda Gonzalez; Leadership Award, Emily Chastain; and Team MVP, Mara Baker.
Liz Petro, Sekinah Brown, Jenna Ceravolo and Chastain played in the first-ever MACJC All-Star Game.
