Lady Bulldogs fall to Lady Bengals, 2-0 and 10-2

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell twice here Saturday to the Lady Bengals of LSU-Eunice, 2-0 and 10-2.

In game one, Kelsey Marter took the loss despite giving up one earned run in seven innings. L'Shanna Evans led the Lady Bulldogs with a double while Frankie Maxwell had a single.

In game two, Marter took the loss. Kaitlyn Doles led the Lady Bulldogs with a homerun and two RBI. Allison Ray added a double and Victoria Hunt and Jonissa Buchanan each singled.

The Lady Bulldogs return to action on Monday, March 19 versus Copiah-Lincoln. The doubleheader begins at 3 p.m.
